Green Procurement combines deep commercial experience with clear, independent thinking, helping our clients to move from uncertainty and [tight margins?] to healthier profits you can reinvest into your venue's people, future success and growth.

Our Founder, Gordon Turner, has worked in hospitality for over 20 years and has a real passion for making a difference in our clients' lives, the quality of their supplier services and increasing their profit margins to allow them to reinvest in growing their people and businesses.

His knowledge, experience and breadth of roles held in hospitality throughout his career (most recently in senior growth roles for the UK's two biggest hospitality procurement companies) allow Gordon to put himself in his clients' shoes and define exactly what challenges a chef might face, for example, compared to the many priorities that a hotel GM is managing.
